Exciting Neonatology Opportunity in the Beautiful Mountains of Phoenix, AZ We are seeking a full-time BC/BE neonatologist to join our 20-physician practice in Phoenix, Arizona. - Phoenix Perinatal Associates (PPA) provides a full range of services in our 3 Level-III NICUs (65-beds, 70-beds, 28 beds), and 3 Level-II Special Care Nurseries which have a mix of in-house NNP coverage and on-call neo coverage as well as some newborn care.
- Together with our neonatal nurse practitioners, our physicians provide care for an average daily census of 130-140, with approximately 1,500 admissions annually
- We provide extensive resident education opportunities at Banner University Medical Center where our physicians are assistant professors, and family practice NICU resident education at HonorHealth
- Our Level-III NICUs provide high-frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide, total body cooling and aEEG, with ECMO provided at one Level 3 NICU and in the PICU at another hospital
- In-house call, with limited back up call from home (average 4 nights/month)
