Summary
This role provides direct clinical patient care.
The role will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level.
The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated.
The role is accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
Inpatient Brain Injury
Up to 20k Sign on Bonus available based on experience
Qualifications:
Education
Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor's degree)
Experience
Required: Previous RN experience in a hospital setting.
Certifications
Required: RN Licensure for Florida, American Heart Association BLS, NIH Stroke Certification within 60 days of hire
Full Time Nights; 7am to 7:30pm
Current employees of the Unit have seniority priority in consideration of interview.
Eligibility for Sign On requires a minimum of 2 years RN acute care experience in Brain Injury
