Summary
This Registered Nurse / RN Forensic Unit provides direct clinical patient care.
The Registered Nurse / RN will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level.
The Registered Nurse / RN is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated.
The Registered Nurse / RN is accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
Qualifications:
Position Qualification: (Training, Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities)

One (1) year acute care experience preferred -
Graduate from an approved nursing educational program as defined by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN) -
Successful completion of Telemetry course/or experience in telemetry -
Basic computer knowledge.
Required Licenses/Certifications:

Current State (FL) Registered Nurse Licensure. -
American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications. -
Successful completion of Telemetry course/or experience in telemetry
