Summary
This is a Full-Time (36 hours/week) position on an inpatient behavioral health unit serving patients who may also be medically compromised.
This is a Full-Time Overnight position that works with both adolescents and adults and will be scheduled for rotating shifts including weekends.
*Experience with Med/Surg and Behavioral Health is preferred.*
This role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.

Qualifications:
EducationRequired: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelors or Masters degree) ExperienceRequired: At least 6 months experience as an RN Preferred: Previous M/S or BH experience with this population CertificationsRequired: Current RN license to practice in the state of TN. BLS. CPI to be obtained during hospital orientation.
