Guthrie Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Obstetrician/Gynecologist driven to establish the Group’s OB/GYN Practice in Cortland, NY.

 Highlights of the Position

• Establish a new Guthrie OB/GYN service in a hospital based clinic site
• Collaboration with a team of superior Community Physicians to support labor and delivery services
• Integrated practice model with strong, internal referral network
• Collaborate with your colleagues on major cases. Easy access to Guthrie Specialists determined to provide the highest quality patient care possible
• Robust EHR (Epic 10-Star health system, top 1% of Epic organizations)
• This position meets the criteria for the Doctor's Across New York loan repayment program.

Work Life Balance

• Enjoy an equal balance of Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Call 1:4 shared among community physicians for labor & delivery and OB/GYN emergencies. All physicians have the ability to deliver their own patients, but call back up is available if needed. Modified post-call schedules available.
• Generous Paid Time Off annually, in addition to holidays and sick time

Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits

• Potential to earn up to $400,000 annually
• Medical school loan repayment - $150,000
