Palliative Care Physician - Kailua, Hawaii
Adventist Health Castle (AHCS) in beautiful Kailua, is actively seeking a mission-minded, inpatient Palliative Medicine Physician. The ideal candidate will be exceedingly skilled and experienced in working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to deliver the highest quality, patient-centered, individualized clinical care to meet the needs of patients and their families. Primary responsibilities include inpatient services, cultivating and maintaining strong relationships, and communication with the patient, family, interdisciplinary team, consulting physicians, and community partners and resources. The successful candidate will be compassionate, empathetic, team-oriented, and have a passion for palliative care. Candidates must be Board Certified or Eligible in Hospice
