As an Advanced Practice Provider in Family Medicine youâ™ll work with 3 other Physicians and 1 other APP to provide top-notch care and patient experience. Throughout the day youâ™ll collaborate with several Medical Assistants, and PSRs.
- You would practice at Platte Valley Medical Group - Westminster, in Brighton, CO.
- Your hours will be Mon-Fri 7:30am-5:00pm
- Shared Practice Phone Call
Your experience.

- Candidates with five (5) years plus experience in a continuity setting as a provider, required.
- Continuity clinic, with the ability to see acute patients
- Ability to work extended hours, and weekends if needed
