Physician (Emergency Medicine)
The C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center is recruiting for multiple part-time physicians for the Emergency Department to perform outpatient clinical care duties and participate in the Emergency Preparedness Response. The ED sees approximately 27,000 patients per year, with typical acuity ESI level 3 or above during the week, a mix of acuity levels 1-5 during off-tours, and a separately staffed urgent care area on weekends. Staffing minimum of double-coverage with triple-coverage during peak hours.
