Research Exercise Physiologist
The Department of Healthcare Delivery and Population Sciences is seeking a Research Exercise Physiologist for three NIH-funded clinical trials. This position is responsible for providing patients enrolled in the PACE SETTER clinical trial with cardiac rehabilitation services with supervised exercise, progressive ECG monitored activity, education regarding cardiac event, disease management, risk factors, lifestyle modification and psycho-social support. Support the STOP-NPT3 clinical trial, become a certified tobacco treatment specialist and use these skills to provide, cognitive and behavioral strategies to hospitalized cardio-pulmonary patients.
