RWJBarnabas Health is Seeking an Experienced Pediatric Surgeon and ECMO Director in Northern NJ
The largest integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, RWJBarnabas Health, is seeking a full time Pediatric Surgeon and ECMO director to join an existing program in our Northern Region.
Clinical responsibilities will include providing clinical services at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center and the Children’s Hospital of New Jersey at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. Duties include call coverage, ambulatory services, emergency department and inpatient consultation services, and operative case coverage. Trauma call coverage is not required in this position. The candidate will be working closely with the resident program affiliated with the Rutgers New Jersey Medical School at Newark, surgical nurse practitioners and medical students. New staff will join a busy practice with unparalleled room for growth, combining the largest integrated health care system and the most comprehensive academic health care provider organization in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will help build and maintain the ECMO program in the northern region in collaboration with the ECMO program in New Brunswick (southern region).

5 years of clinical experience
