Ambulatory Clinical Manager
Job Summary: The APP Clinical Manager will manage the advanced practice workforce within a defined scope of the ambulatory practice network within APS WMCHealth for clinically practicing Physician Assistant/Physician Associate, Advanced Practice Nurses, and Certifed Registered Nurse Anesthetists.Reporting to the WMCHealth Center for Advanced Practice and to Ambulatory APS Senior Operational and Clinical leadership teams. The APP Clinical Manager supervises and oversees directly APP staffing/scheduling, panel management, clinical workflows and template building, teaching and student preceptorships in the ambulatory practices, onboarding and clinical orientation for new hires,and supports best practices with clinical documentation and competenc
