This position is responsible for the supervision, leadership and mentoring of a group of Pre-Anesthesia Testing Advanced Practice Providers in collaboration with the Manager, CRNA and Anesthesiology Department Chair. Essential Functions: Develops, promotes and supervises the NCH PAT Advanced Practice Provider staff reporting to the Manager, CRNA and Department Chair. Recruits and actively involves new Advanced Practice Provider candidates in the Nemours culture and infrastructure, allowing for mentorship, to include appropriate disciplines.
