Nemours Children's Health is seeking a Chair to lead our Department of Surgery at Nemours Children's Hospital, Delaware, in Wilmington. The Chair of Surgery at Nemours Children's Health in Wilmington, Delaware will lead over 35 surgeons across 9 surgical divisions. Reporting to the Surgeon-in-Chief, the Chair will manage operational, academic, and educational initiatives across the Department, promoting a "one-team" culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and personal excellence.
