Nemours Children's Hospital, Delaware is hiring an Advanced Practice Provider for our Cardiac PACU. Essential duties include admitting patients for cardiac surgical cases, cardiac catheterizations, EP procedures, and cardiac anesthesia for non-cardiac procedures. The APP will complete history and physicals, medical reconciliations, use of the electronic medical record to complete documentation, order entry. The APP will also complete discharge summaries, arrange follow up appointments, and update referring physicians. The individual will prepare history and physicals for preadmissions and present patients in multi-disciplinary conference. Interact with families of our patients, embracing a family centered focus. Additional miscellaneous duties and responsibilitie
