OverviewSt. Luke's Health System is looking for a full-time Advanced Practitioner to join their highly collegial and patient focused team at St. Luke's Capital City Family Medicine. The selected APP will be working with a team of 3-4 other providers sharing a panel using a team based care model.The schedule for this role varies and does require occasional weekends. Our team sees people of all ages, through all phases of life, whether it's for preventive care or treatment for a specific condition or acute illness. We offer same day appointments as well as scheudlued appointments.
