We are seeking to internally promote an Advanced Practice Provider on the Acute Care Team of the IU Health South Central Region!Team Lead Duties:Work with Medical Director and SLA to ensure APPs are working towards common departmental goals including focus on promise dashboard goals Serve as the direct report for APPs in each department Create/manage APP schedules for the department including approving CME and PTOManage/create/implement departmental protocols for APP’s Plan/Attend APP MeetingsAttend APEC Help to coordinate coverage when an APP is out Oversight of onboarding/orientation for the APP, mentor new providers, ensure orientation process is being follow
