Foundation Health Partners is actively recruiting an ambitious Nurse Practitioner to join our teams at both the Pain Clinic and the Controlled Substance Clinic. The Opportunity: This position will offer support for two clinics that work interdependently to ensure that patients are being provided with safe and effective pain relief treatments. This position will be responsible for managing an assortment of controlled substances and ensuring that they are being dosed appropriately and
