TMC Rincon, TMC Health's newest hospital, is seeking a full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join their team. The NNP will play a vital role in attending high-risk deliveries for neonatal resuscitation, ensuring the safety and well-being of newborns. In addition, the NNP will evaluate newborns in the hospital when clinical concerns arise, collaborating closely with the TMC NICU physician. The position involves taking calls from nurses regarding newborn patients, providing expertise and guidance both during the day and overnight, including coverage for TMC Newborn call overnight. The NNP will also have the opportunity to rotate through TMC's Level IIIb NICU, enhancing their skill set and contributing to a comprehensive level of care.
