DescriptionAs a Staff Research Associate 1 in the Department of Pediatrics, you will be responsible for conducting routine lab experiments, including but not limited to DNA/RNA isolation, Western and Southern blot, PCR, DNA cloning, cell culture, and managing rodent colonies (breeding, weaning, screening, blood culture, etc.). In addition, the Staff Research Associate 1 will be responsible for routine lab maintenance and research administration, including data entry and analysis, maintaining lab supplies and equipment, and assisting with the disposal of chemical and biohazard waste.
