Oregon Institute of Technology (Oregon Tech) is a public university based in Klamath Falls and the Portland metropolitan area, with a presence throughout the Pacific Northwest. The Department of Medical Imaging Technology (MIT), within the College of Health, Arts & Sciences (HAS), offers bachelor’s degrees in five professional programs which encompass the spectrum of imaging sciences. The curriculum of each bachelor’s degree program provides the technical, scientific, and communication skills essential for the application of learned concepts. Each program prepares students for their final eleven-month clinical externship at one of the many affiliated healthcare facilities, maximizing the application of learning in the classroom to their field of study.

Position Summary:

• The position requires a Master’s degree in Medical Imaging, Higher Education or related field with a Bachelor’s degree in a Medical Imaging modality.
• Applicants hired without a Master’s degree will be expected to earn a Master’s degree within a time determined at hire.
• Applicants must have current certification/credentials and two years of related occupational work experience.
• Applicants must indicate modality preferred based upon certification/credentials, and experience in their cover letter.
