Per Diem NNP opening in Augusta, GA - Home of the Masters!

We have an exciting opportunity for an outstanding, experienced, certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our well-established group in Augusta, Georgia. Piedmont Augusta (formerly University Hospital) is a 812-bed, acute-care facility that serves the Augusta-Richmond County area and 25 counties across two states.

• Coverage includes a 28-bed Level-III NICU and Normal Newborn Nursery with approximately 3000 deliveries per year and an average daily NICU census of 15
• Team of 4 Neonatologists and 5 full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioners with 24/7 in house NNP coverage and physician call from home
• NNPs work 12-hour shifts, in-house attending deliveries, writing orders and managing newborns.
• No surgical, iNO, or therapeutic hypothermia patients (regional referral center is one mile away)

• Current APRN national specialty certification
• Minimum of a masterâ™s degree
• Active GA license or IMLC required
