We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Cardiovascular Surgery team in a dynamic clinic setting. In this role, the APP will serve as a primary provider for a diverse patient population, delivering comprehensive care with a focus on post-operative recovery, follow up management, and surgical consult coordination. Job Description:

• Full-time, Days
• 8-hour days- Monday-Friday
• No call
• 100% Outpatient

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage post-operative and follow-up visits, while collaborating closely with CV surgeons to evaluate and staff new surgical consults.
• This position offers a high degree of autonomy, supported by a robust network of clinical resources and multidisciplinary expertise
• You will be the primary point of contact for many patients and their families throughout the surgical journey
• Great communication and collaboration skills, initiative and adaptability, clinical expertise in cardiovascular or surgical expertise

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree Required
• ACNP, AGNP. FNP, or PA
• 1 year experience REQUIRED
• Open to the right New Grad wanting to grow long term with the practice
• The ideal candidate would have Cardiovascular Surgery experience
