Mercy Cardiology Fort Smith is currently seeking a board certified or board eligible physician to join our practice in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Our Mercy Cardiology team powered by 5 physicians, 9 advanced practitioners and an engaged support staff focused on quality patient care.
Qualified candidate will be:
- Board Certification or Eligibility: In Interventional Cardiology.
- Training: Completion of a three-year general cardiovascular disease fellowship followed by a one-year interventional cardiology fellowship
- State of the art Cath Lab
- Flexible Call Schedule
- Work with very strong experienced group
- Strong partnership with high quality hospitalist service
- Epic is our system-wide electronic medical record
- Teaching Affiliation with Arkansas Osteopathic School of Medicine with ability to have medical students in clinic with a stipend
- Opportunity to work with Mercy Fort Smith IM and FM residencies
- System wide EPIC EMR
- Diversity of cases due to the 13-county rural catchment area
