Marshfield Clinic - Eau Claire Center is seeking a BC/BE Otolaryngologist to join our established team. Onsite Audiology, Speech, and Language Pathology support our busy Otolaryngology physicians. There is great team collegiality with dedicated support staff, to help build the practice you desire. Marshfield Clinic Health System has the longest continuous-running ENT program in Wisconsin!

• Outreach to Ladysmith and/or Rice Lake
• Comprehensive array of cases, full scope ENT practice
• Well-established referral base from across Marshfield Clinic Health System
• Collegial environment with OR team
• Call coverage is 1:3
• Clinic and hospital attached

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation floor of $700,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
• In addition, a $150,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
• 4 weeks of vacation and 2 weeks CME to start
• CME annual allowance

• Relocation support
