Position SummaryPhoenix Children’s is seeking an experienced nursing leader to advance nursing science, evidence-based practice, and innovation across our organization. In this highly visible role, the Director of Nursing Research & Innovation will lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of pediatric nursing research projects and nursing-sensitive quality initiatives that improve clinical outcomes and elevate nursing practice. This leader will foster a culture of clinical inquiry, mentor nurses in research and evidence-based practice, and translate findings into practice to drive excellence in patient care. The Director will collaborate with the CNO, nursing leadership, providers, and academic partners to set strategic research goals and d
