Inpatient Psychiatry Section Chief
The Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center located in Augusta, GA is searching for a BE/BC Psychiatrist to join their dynamic healthcare team as the Inpatient Psychiatry Section Chief. The primary duties of the Section Chief include: Serves as a member of the Mental Health leadership team. Responsible for the oversight of inpatient psychiatric services. Supervises Psychiatrists, APRNs, and Physician Assistants. Responsible for proficiency reports, personnel actions, recruitment, retention and training of staff.
