Join an 11-bed Critical Access Hospital in a hybrid Family Medicine role that also allows for inpatient rounding and outpatient clinic. With an average daily census of just 1-2 patients per day, this Critical-Access Hospital allows you to keep your inpatient skills sharp without any after-hours duties. This is a beautiful area of California Wine Country that is less than 45 minutes to Santa Barbara and Santa Maria.The Position: 4.5-day work week in the outpatient clinic allows for a nice work/life balance Work alongside 2 other full-time Physician's and 1 APP 1:4 coverage of the 11-bed Critical Access Hospital with an average census of 1-2 patients per day. No after-hours call required Compensation includes a Guaranteed Base starting at $275,00
