Staff Physician - Primary Care
The Lexington VA Medical Center is recruiting for Staff Physician to work for the Primary Care Service Line. He/she will provide comprehensive primary care and preventative care to primary care patients, under the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) model. The physician has responsibilities for the evaluation, care, and disposition of patients, ordering appropriate diagnostic tests, determining needs for hospitalization or transferring the patient to another facility.
