ViTAL Research Programs Manager
Description ViTAL (Vanderbilt Center for Tobacco, Addiction, and Lifestyle) Research Programs Manager Provide team leadership and manage the day to day execution of multiple and concurrent clinical, quality improvement, and research activities for the ViTAL Center. Be intimately involved with the development and forecasting of ViTAL projects and objectives. Manage progress of each ViTAL team member and effectively delegate work where appropriate to ensure goals of the Center are met. Work closely with the PI, junior faculty, and senior staff on Center projects. In all domains, effective delegation is expected to ensure timely completion of work and most importantly, to promote a culture in which all staff members practice at the top of their ability.
