Research Nurse Specialist II-Perinatal Patient Navigator
Description This is a full-time/exempt term position lasting six months to one year. JOB SUMMARY: This position will act as a Research Nurse and will lead an educational campaign to identify pregnant women with Hepatitis C Virus (HCV), facilitate their referral to the Maternal-Fetal Medicine / Infectious Disease collaborative clinic, and provide support to ensure linkage to postpartum care for both mother and infant.
