UCHealth Medical Group and the Hospital Medicine group are ready to welcome a board-eligible/certified Hospitalist to their team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, interested in working full-time and focused on excellent patient care. Work a flexible schedule.
Physicians will work 160 twelve-hour shifts per year as a full-time employee with extra shifts available.
Work with a collaborative team that wants to see their partners succeed.
This hospitalist group primarily covers two hospitals; Longs Peak Hospital and Broomfield Hospital
Enjoy the additional support of a large integrated healthcare network
EPIC EMR utilized system-wide.

This position will be open a minimum of 3 days and will remain open until a top candidate is identified. The position posting date is 2/19/2026.

Exceptional Benefits
This position offers a competitive compensation package:

Base compensation for this full-time position is $306,000-$340,000 annually. This position is eligible for a generous productivity bonus with productivity paid on every wRVU generated.
Relocation package may be offered to eligible candidates.
Paid malpractice.
Generous continuing medical education (CME) allowance.
403(b) with employer matching contribution; 457(b) voluntary option if eligible.
