Opportunity Highlights:
- Growth driven position as surgical volumes continue to expand
- Established team of 5 MDAs
- Collaborative model with independent CRNA group
- Level II trauma with internal flight and EMS services
- The Anesthesia team provides anesthesia services at both CHI Health Good Samaritan & Heartland Surgery Center
- Diverse case mix: General, Orthopedic, OBGYN, Urology, ENT, Neuroscience, Cardio/Thoracic (optional)
- Robust hospital support with strong Hospitalist and Intensivist programs along with multiple subspecialty physicians.
- Academic affiliation with Creighton University School of Medicine
- Epic EMR
- Time off: 40 days + 6 holidays
- Compensation Range: $592,000 - $625,000 / Year

Where You'll WorkCHI Health Good Samaritan is a 200-bed, Level II Trauma Center and regional referral hub serving central and western Nebraska. As a tertiary care facility, Good Samaritan offers a broad range of specialty services and a highly collaborative medical staff dedicated to delivering exceptional patient-centered care. The hospital features a 24-bed open ICU with intensivist support, a strong hospitalist program and engaged subspecialists across cardiology, thoracic and vascular surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, and women's services. Hospital-based medical transport services at Good Samaritan include AirCare-the state's longest operating air medical provider, as well as ground 911 and long-distance ambulance services.
